Yes. Joining and swapping are completely free — there are no listing fees, no transaction fees, and no checkout. The whole point is trading, not spending.

You list things you no longer use and browse what others have. When you find a match, you propose a swap, chat to agree it's fair, and arrange the hand-off. There's an optional rough-value field to help balance a trade — but it's never a price, and nothing is ever for sale.

Anything from your closet and beyond — clothing, shoes & accessories, electronics, home goods, books & media, sports & outdoors, kids & toys, and beauty. If it's yours and you no longer need it, it's swappable.

You add 4–5 photos of one item and our AI reads them, then writes a title, description, category, condition, and tags for you. Every field is pre-filled but fully editable — you stay in control, you just skip the typing.

Members can complete an optional liveness selfie to earn a Verified badge, and you can report or block anyone. We recommend meeting in public, well-lit places. Walking Closet is a platform that connects swappers — it isn't a party to any trade, so always use good judgment.
